1. 1. The agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Specific Game Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any rules published for a particular game or promotion, form the binding player agreement between you and the operator of lotoquebeo ("we", "us", "the operator"). By creating an account, accessing the website, or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the agreement. If you do not agree, you must not register or play.

2. 2. Changes to the agreement
We may amend the agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law, or regulatory requirements. Each player may hold one account, opened in your own true name. You must provide accurate, complete and current registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not transfer, sell, pledge or allow any other person to use your account.

Before processing certain transactions, and at any time thereafter, we may require documents to verify your identity, age, address and source of funds as part of our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations under applicable law. We may limit, hold or reverse transactions, or suspend an account, pending verification. Providing false information is a serious breach of this agreement.

6. 6. Account funds
Funds in your account are held for the purpose of play; they are not a deposit-taking service and do not earn interest. Your transaction history and current balance are available in your account at all times. We do not extend credit for play. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction.

7. 7. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification, minimum and maximum limits, and review for security and compliance. We may decline transactions that appear fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent with responsible-gambling safeguards.

8. 8. Inactive accounts
If your account shows no log-in or activity for an extended period, we may treat it as inactive, notify you at your registered contact details, and handle any remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulations. We encourage you to keep your contact details current so we can reach you.

9. 9. Bonuses and promotions
Promotions are optional and governed by their own specific terms, which set out eligibility, any play-through conditions and expiry. Promotions are offered as entertainment, not as an inducement to wager beyond your means, and are not directed at minors or excluded persons. We may withdraw or amend a promotion, and may void bonuses obtained through abuse, fraud or error.

10. 10. Game rules and results
Each game is governed by its Specific Game Conditions, which set out how draws are conducted, the prize structure, odds and claim periods. Outcomes produced by the operator's certified systems are final once validated. In the event of an obvious error, malfunction, or discrepancy between displayed information and the operator's records, the operator's records prevail, and affected plays may be corrected, refunded or voided.

12. 12. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to manipulate games, outcomes or promotions; use bots, scripts or automated systems; exploit faults; collude with other players; launder funds; or circumvent age, identity or location controls. Breach may result in suspension, closure, voiding of plays, forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

13. 13. Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting support; any verified balance will be returned to you, subject to compliance checks. We may suspend or close an account where required by law or our licence, where we suspect fraud or breach of this agreement, or to protect you or other players. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice.

14. 14. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the brand name, logos, text, graphics, game designs, audio and software — is owned by the operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the site for lawful play. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our written permission.

15. 15. Liability, availability and indemnity
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We take reasonable steps to keep the site secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, and we are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and you agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of this agreement. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. 16. Complaints, governing law and contact
If you have a complaint, contact our support team first; we aim to resolve matters promptly, and unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant provincial regulator. This agreement is governed by the laws of the province in which the service is offered and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
