Specific Online Gaming Conditions of Use
The rules that apply to individual games: tickets, draws, prize tiers, validation, claims, errors and refunds.

1. How these conditions apply
These Specific Online Gaming Conditions of Use supplement our general Terms and Conditions and apply to every game offered on the site, whether a scheduled draw game or an instant game. Each game also has its own page publishing its rules, ticket price, prize structure, odds, draw schedule and cut-off time; those game-page rules form part of these conditions. If there is a conflict between documents for a particular game, the order of precedence is: the game-specific rules, then these conditions, then the general Terms and Conditions. By confirming a purchase you accept all of them for that play.

2. Eligibility to play
To purchase a ticket you must have a verified account in good standing, be at least 18 years old, and be physically located in Québec at the time of purchase. Employees of the operator and its affiliates who are involved in the operation of games, and members of their household, are not eligible to win and any such plays are void. A ticket may not be purchased on behalf of a minor under any circumstances. We may decline a purchase where verification is incomplete, where a responsible-gambling control applies, or where the purchase would breach these conditions or our licence.

3. Buying tickets and selections
For draw-based games you choose your numbers from the range shown for that game, or use Quick Pick to have the system generate a random selection for you. You may play several lines on one ticket up to the per-game maximum, and the total cost shown before confirmation is the price per line multiplied by the number of lines. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Review your selections carefully before confirming: a purchase is final once payment is accepted. An entry exists only when it has been recorded on the operator's central system and appears in your account history; the central record — not a screenshot or a displayed page — is the sole proof of purchase.

4. Cut-off times and draw schedule
Each draw game has a published sales cut-off before the draw. Entries must be received and recorded by the central system before the cut-off to participate in that draw; entries recorded after the cut-off are automatically entered into the next scheduled draw and your ticket shows which draw it applies to. Draw dates and times may exceptionally be changed for technical or regulatory reasons; if that happens, valid entries remain valid for the rescheduled draw and the change is announced on the site. All times shown are Eastern Time unless stated otherwise.

5. Draws and random number generation
Winning numbers for draw games and outcomes for instant games are produced by the operator's certified draw systems and random number generators, which are independently tested by an accredited laboratory for randomness and fairness both before deployment and periodically thereafter. Draws take place on the published schedule under documented procedures, and complete draw records and game logs are retained for audit in accordance with our licence. No employee, contractor or player can influence or predict an outcome; any attempt to interfere with a draw or game system voids the plays involved and is reported to the regulator.

6. Prize tiers and odds
Each game page publishes the full prize table: the matches required for each tier, the prize or prize type for that tier, and the odds of winning it, together with the overall odds of winning any prize. Prizes are won by matching the required number of selections drawn or, for instant games, by revealing a winning combination as described in the game rules. Odds describe long-run statistical probabilities across all possible outcomes; they do not guarantee any result in a given play, and past results have no effect on future draws. Where a tier pays a fixed amount, that amount is stated; where it pays a share of a pool, the basis of the share is stated.

7. Shared jackpots and parimutuel prizes
Top prizes (jackpots) and certain other tiers may be parimutuel: the tier's prize pool is divided equally among all valid winning entries in that tier for the same draw. Where a pool is divided, the individual amount depends on the number of winners and total sales for that draw and may therefore differ from any advertised or estimated figure, which is always an estimate and not a guarantee. Advertised jackpot amounts are updated as sales progress. If a jackpot is not won, it may roll over to the next draw as described in the rules of the relevant game, up to any published cap.

8. Results and validation
Results are published on the site shortly after each draw and your tickets are checked automatically against the official winning numbers — you never need to claim a small prize manually. A play is a winning play only if it passes validation against the central gaming system, including confirmation that the entry was recorded before the cut-off, paid for, and not voided. In the event of any discrepancy between published results, information displayed in your account, and the certified draw records, the certified records prevail.

9. Claiming and paying prizes
Validated prizes are credited to your account balance automatically, normally within minutes of results being confirmed. Prizes above the verification threshold, and any prize we are required to review, are paid after additional identity and compliance checks; we tell you what is needed and complete the review as quickly as possible. Certain large prizes may involve procedures set by the operator and the regulator, including in-person or documented validation. Lottery winnings paid to individuals in Canada are generally not taxable, but you are responsible for your own tax position. Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date unless a different period is stated for a game; after that period, unclaimed prizes are handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

10. Cancellations, errors and refunds
Once the draw cut-off has passed, an entry cannot be cancelled by you or by us except as set out here. If a play is accepted in error — for example after a game suspension, at an incorrect price, or in breach of a responsible-gambling control that should have blocked it — the play may be voided and the stake refunded to your account. In the case of a system malfunction, mispriced game, or display or printing discrepancy, the operator's official records govern; affected plays may be corrected, refunded or voided, and any prize paid in error may be reclaimed. A malfunction of a specific game voids the affected plays and pays back their stakes; it does not void unaffected plays. Refunds are returned to the payment source or account balance from which the stake was taken.

11. Responsible-gambling controls in play
Any deposit limit, time limit, break or self-exclusion active on your account applies fully to game play. Purchases that would exceed a limit are declined; during a break or self-exclusion all purchases are declined. These controls are part of the game rules themselves and cannot be bypassed, overridden by support staff, or waived retroactively. If a purchase is accepted in error while a control should have applied, the play is void and the stake is refunded. Reality-check reminders, session history and links to support are available at all times during play.

12. Play errors and connection loss
Our systems are designed so that a lost connection does not cost you a play: an entry is either fully recorded before the cut-off, in which case it stands and appears in your history, or it is not recorded, in which case any stake taken is returned. For instant games, an interrupted game resumes or settles automatically according to the outcome already determined by the RNG at purchase; the displayed animation is a presentation of that outcome, not the outcome itself. If your account history and what you saw on screen appear to differ, contact support — the certified game log determines the result.

13. Game suspension and integrity
All games run on the operator's certified platform under the applicable licence. We may suspend a game, a draw or the platform where necessary to protect the integrity of results — for example on detection of a technical fault, irregular activity or a security event — and we resume only once the issue is resolved and, where required, the regulator is satisfied. Where the integrity of a result is in question, we may withhold settlement of affected plays pending investigation, correct an error, or void affected entries with a refund of stakes, in accordance with these conditions and our licence. Material integrity events are reported to the regulator.

14. Changes to these conditions
We may amend these conditions and individual game rules from time to time, for example to introduce a game, adjust a prize structure for future draws, or reflect regulatory changes. Changes never apply retroactively to plays already purchased: every entry is governed by the rules in force at the time of purchase. Material changes are announced on the site, and the effective date of the current version is shown on this page. If you do not agree with a change, stop purchasing entries; continued play after the effective date constitutes acceptance for new plays.
