You must be the legal gambling age in your province — 18 or 19 depending on where you are — and located within the permitted territory. We verify your age when you register and may re-verify at any time.

Can I have more than one account?

No. Each player may hold a single account in their own true name. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of our Terms and may lead to suspension.

I forgot my password.

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page, or contact our support team. For your security we may ask you to verify your identity before restoring access.

How do I close my account?

Contact support and we'll close your account; any verified balance is returned to you, subject to standard checks. If you'd prefer a temporary break, you can self-exclude from your account instead.

How do I play a lottery game?

Open a game, pick your numbers or tap Quick Pick, choose how many lines to play, and confirm. The cost is the price per line times the number of lines. Your entry is recorded in your account and compared to the draw.

What is Quick Pick?

Quick Pick instantly generates a random line of numbers for you, so you don't have to choose them yourself. You can play Quick Pick and manual lines together.

When are the draws and results?

Each game shows its own draw schedule on its card and page. Results are produced by certified systems and posted right after every draw, then recorded in your account.

How do instant games work?

Instant games settle immediately: buy a ticket, reveal the result on screen, and any prize is credited to your balance right away. Each instant publishes its price and chance of winning.

What are my odds of winning?

Every game page shows its prize tiers and overall odds. Odds describe long-run probabilities and do not guarantee a win in any single play — games of chance have no memory, so past results never change the next outcome.

Payments & prizes

How do I add funds?

Add funds through an approved payment method registered in your own name. The payment logos in the footer show supported methods. We never extend credit for play.

How are prizes paid?

Prizes are credited to your account after results are validated. Smaller prizes are automatic; larger prizes may need a quick identity check before payout, and certain prizes follow procedures set with the regulator.

How do I withdraw?

Request a withdrawal to a verified payment method in your name. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification, limits and security review for your protection.

Why do you ask for verification documents?

We are required to verify identity, age, address and source of funds under Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) rules. This keeps play safe and compliant and helps protect your account.

Responsible gaming

How do I set limits?

Open your account and use the Responsible Gaming tools to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits and a daily time limit. Limits apply immediately; increases only take effect after a cooling-off period.

How do I take a break or self-exclude?

From your account you can take a break or self-exclude for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or six months. During self-exclusion you cannot play and promotional messages are paused. You can also join your province's self-exclusion program.

Where can I get help with gambling?

Free, confidential help is available 24/7 through the provincial helpline shown at the bottom of every page. You can also speak with your doctor or a local support service, and the helpline supports family members too.

How do you protect minors?

You must be of legal age to register, and we verify age. If you share a device, use password protection and parental controls, and never let a minor play under your account.
